Resume and Portfolio

I work at the intersection of design, engineering, and music — creating products and stories that feel intuitive, expressive, and distinctly human

Music Artist

Creative Director and Music Artist

Present

I shape my music’s creative direction across production, visuals, and storytelling, building a cohesive French Touch–inspired identity.

My recent singles, including Love Resolved, El-sa, and Daddy’s Got A—, reflect this approach, pairing emotional production with a strong, architected aesthetic. In parallel, I write long-form essays that explore culture, sound design, and creative process, such as Recreating Daft Punk’s “Something About Us” and From Punk Energy to French Touch Smooth—How AI Changed the Remix Game, offering insight into the technical and artistic thinking behind the work.

This independent chapter reinforces my ability to drive creative direction end-to-end — uniting design, technology, and music into expressive, culturally grounded experiences.

Melvil

Co-Founder and Chief Technologist

2015—2017

At Melvil, I spearheaded a seasoned team of engineers, successfully navigating two rounds of seed funding. Our ambition led to the birth of an exploratory entity-based search engine, designed for optimal data extraction from open databases and adept web crawling.

The culmination of our efforts materialized in 2015 as an iPhone app, boasting advanced autocomplete features and offering users a wealth of information on diverse topics.

My role encompassed team leadership, shaping our product’s direction, architecting scalable solutions, managing vast datasets, and mastering both front-end and back-end web technologies.

Freelance

2004—2008

Early in my career, I worked at the intersection of technology, media, and design across a range of digital projects in the French media landscape.

At Madame Figaro, I contributed to the magazine’s transition to digital, helping translate its fashion and beauty identity into an emerging online format. My work with TF1, France’s leading private broadcaster, included building an online game experience for Koh-Lanta and developing the candidate selection system for the French adaptation of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?

For ELLE, I designed and built interactive popup sites, integrating custom music and motion to enrich the digital storytelling experience. Alongside client work, I began developing standalone applications, including Ciboulette, a file-encryption shareware distributed on the cover CDs of several Mac magazines.
